1.2.1 Identify the criteria for membership and the purpose of the “innovative and visionary community of practice” team and its members.
1.2.2 Invite all staff to an informational meeting about the Strategic Plan and Goal 1: Revolutionary Learning, and the opportunity and criteria for participation in the team.
1.2.3 Invite staff members who will participate in the work of piloting innovative practices in their buildings.
1.2.4 Conduct an orientation meeting for the team to:
- Understand the Strategic Plan.
- Become clear on purpose, roles, and responsibilities.
1.2.5 Create a plan for implementing this objective and scaling it up to include the whole district.
