I invite your stories regarding your experiences with the Windham Raymond School District (RSU #14).

Can you think of a time when you have entered a company, perhaps a store, and you felt the mission of that business come alive?  I call this “Experiencing the Mission.”  Oh, how the aroma of Starbucks gives the finest coffee experience with their roasting techniques and brewing methods.  Did you feel the relief from outside worries?

Or, how about admiring the canoe paddles and atmosphere as you enter L.L. Bean's in Freeport?  Instantly the store puts you in the mood to enjoy the outdoor activities available in Maine.This company has set the world standard for customer satisfaction.And what about the experience of turning into a child as you enter Disney World?

As the Superintendent of the Windham Raymond School District, I frequently wonder about people’s experiences with RSU #14.How can we go a step further to bring our Mission of “Success for All” to life?Could an invitation to all members of our communities assist us with such an initiative?Would it be possible to capture the stories where people have experienced amazing things within our District?

Sharing that school experience that added value for you as a student, parent, or community member would symbolize how our Mission of “Success for All” is alive and well.It would show our accomplishments and even define our Mission to a higher level.
