Problems to solve for Chapter 7

Designing an experiment(s) that answers the following questions

1. What enzyme is the most effective in reducing hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) back to water and oxygen. Is it plant enzymes found in potato or animal enzyme found in chicken liver?
2. What factor(s) affect the rate of reactions for the enzyme?

Temperature

Acid/base (pH level)

Amounts of chemicals

All the experiments completed must be explained using the Lab report format, typed out, and include quantitative results ( numbers, and more numbers).
