Congratulations to the 30 students who were chosen to represent WHS in competing for spots on the 2012 American Chemical Society Chemistry Olympiad event! On March 21 our team took the local ACS exam. Only the top 10 students in the state are chosen to compete on the National exam at UMO each April. This year we had 3 students qualify for the National Exam: Lauren Thurlow (4th in state!), Talia McKay (tied for 7th in state!), Joseph Mycock (runner-up)! Great job, team!
