COME JOIN WRPAA in the new year!

Windham-Raymond Performing Arts Alliance (WRPAA)

Meeting: Wed. March 6, 6:00-7:00 p.m.

Windham High School in the Alumni Conference Room (next to the athletic office and near the auditorium).

We are the parent booster group for the performing arts at Windham High School. Our mission is to support theater, band, orchestra, and vocal arts programs, as well as students and arts faculty. We provide that "support" in a variety of ways: SCHOLARSHIPS for graduating seniors, HOSPITALITY for special performing arts events hosted at Windham High School (i.e., District II and All State Music Festival, One Act Play Festival, etc), RECOGNITION of student achievement and accomplishments, and ADVOCACY for performing arts opportunities and programs in our school. FUNdraising is a big part of what we do, but that is not all we do.

We are looking for adults in the Windham and Raymond communities to help us with our mission.

If you are THRILLED to experience the various concerts and theatrical productions at WHS ....

If you are PROUD of the talent of our students and staff ....

If you are EXCITED by the idea of supporting the arts .....

Here are ways that you can get involved:

· Attend monthly meetings, first Wednesday of the month at Windham High School (see below for details)

· Educate the community about WRPAA at school and community events

· Volunteer to help at concessions

· Provide donations of food, baked goods, etc for events and concessions

· Participate in a variety of FUNdraising activities
