In our classroom we are believers of PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Support).  We encourage students to do their very best and that every student may not be treated equally, but they will be treated fairly!

Types of incentives:

Whole Group-

Some classes have whole group incentives.  This means when the entire class follows directions, is focused, and on task they can earn a reward for the group.

Individual-

Some individuals have their own incentive plans.  These vary from student to student.  When an individual student is on task, follows directions, or is focused on their learning, then they earn stickers.  Once the students has reached their individual goal they receive a reward.

Individuals working for the whole group-

Some students have individual goals that once they reach it, the whole class also earns the reward!
