WMS Families,

Welcome back, hope your children had a nice April Vacation!

8th Graders will be participating in Take Your Sons and Daughters to Work Day this Thursday.  Permission slips should already be turned in for this event and we will be setting placements for student who need them by Tuesday.

Friday is our Daytime Open House from 10:30-12:30.  Our Book Fair is also open all this week, make sure you pop down to the library on Friday.  All visitors must check in at the WMS Front Office.  The Open House does occur during lunch time, please email me or Andrea Morrell (amorrell@rsu14.org) by Wednesday if you intend to eat lunch with us so we can plan appropriately.  If you have never been to a Daytime Open House, please try to attend.  It is great to have parents in the building to see teachers and students in action.

8th Graders will participate in mandatory state testing in Science on Monday, May 2nd.  This is a paper/pencil test and consists of 3 test sessions that are about 35 minutes each.  This is a different test than the Reading, Writing, and Math students took prior to vacation.  Please contact me if you have questions about the science test.
