WMS Families,

I wanted to thank all of your for a fantastic year at WMS!   On a personal note, I have felt very welcomed and supported by parents and the community.  There are certainly many things I have learned this year that I will do differently in order to better serve students and parents in my role.  I will create some opportunities for parent feedback in a face to face manner next fall and encourage you to attend.  If you have been pleased with the experience this year at WMS please send an email or note to your child's teachers, they will greatly appreciate this!  Thank you for everything you have done to support our schools and our students.

I will be hosting an Ice Cream Social and Book Swap sometime this summer, please look for an email on list serve about this.  We are currently about 12th in the state of Maine for Read for the World Record.  Please encourage your children to read daily over the summer and to log their minutes on the Scholastic website.

Yearbooks will be passed out Monday.  They can be purchased for 27 bucks cash or check if your child needs one.

Hope you have a great summer, please reach out if you have any questions!

Regards,

Drew Patin
