Special Snacks
On most Fridays, we have a special snack. Sometimes it correlates to our story for the week, other times a field trip or something we've been learning about. Sometimes, they are just something fun or silly to make.
To celebrate Thanksgiving, we had a special feast with Mrs. Douglass' class. They made applesauce and we made pumpkin pie in a cup. We then got together and shared our treats!
Our first special snack was making a duck. We read Fix It Duck! This week. Fun and yummy!
After visiting the Windham Public Library with Ms. Robbie's class we came back for a special snack.
We heard Chicka Chicka BOOM BOOM! at the library. We made our OWN trees as a tasty snack with our new friends.
Peanut butter and cream cheese on our noses was SUPER hilarious (and messy).
After visiting Windy Hill Farm, we made school buses with Ms. Dwyer's class. Fun AND delicious!
